The key point to this analysis I am sharing here is HOW I ended up retrieving all of these MCRO (Minnesota Court Records Online) case records in the first place…

My criminal case was completely ‘diverted’ from its inception, after which point every single decision that was made in my case involved only three judicial officials - Judge Julia Dayton Klein, Court Referee George Borer, and Court Referee Danielle C Mercurio.

I thought this was very strange - enough so that I thought it would be interesting to conduct an anlysis of their combined, shared case files in order to see if what was taking place in my case was a standard way of the courts operating.

The entire analysis I conducted is explained very thoroughly in the affidavit I submitted into the record of my case on May 3rd, 2023. Long story short -

I retrieved all of the hearing dates for each of the three judicial officials spanning back to the beginning of 2023. These were downloaded from the online MCRO system as PDF pages.
I then combined all of the PDF pages for each judicial official and converted them to text, after which point I created some custom python scripts which were used to filter and structure all of the case file data.
I then used custom python scripts to process all three text files of custom case data (one for each judicial official..) which resulted in the script outputting only the court cases that were shared amongst all three of them - So common case files that they all had a hearing for at some point in the courts record system.
After compiling a structured list of all of their common case files I created a custom script that made use of the Selenium library, and the developer version of Chrome browser. This custom script was created with help from chatGPT after I saved the html for the MCRO online case retrieval page, at which point I was able to simply browse to each of the 163 total case files I had ended up with and the script would automatically download all of the corresponding case files in a matter of seconds.
For a total of 163 case files (which includes mine..) I was left with a total of 3,556 individual PDF court filings in total.
All of these were downloaded into organized folders for each corresponding case, and then separated by the cases year of origination - something that is easy to establish based on the courts case numbering format where 27-CR-20-xxxx indicates that the case originated in the year 2020
27-CR-23-xxxx originates in the year 2023, etc.
What I ended up discovering is rather concerning I’d say as it appears that there a bunch of completely fake case files / defendants / and court filings that have been created and dumped into the courts official record system. WHY EXACTLY? I have no idea - but the fact that these fake case files appear in a pool of cases that is directly tied to my own (through the same three judicial officials being involved) is a little off-putting to say the least…

These are supposedly authentic ‘returned mail’ scans that are submitted into the court records system - Do you notice any ‘issues’ at first glance….?

Below is the corresponding affidavit I submitted detailing all of this, and following that I have also included a bunch of the ‘official’ (filed into the record as suppposed ‘returned mail’ submissions for the supppsed defendants) returned mail filings which also raise some rather obvious questions about their authenticity..
Perhaps one of my Substack subscribers who is well versed in mailing / USPS might have some broader knowledge about the supposed returned mail just based on the various mailing codes, QR codes, etc. - based on the little amount of research I did it is rather clear that none of them exactly make sense as if they were authentic it would mean that the court keeps repeatedly mailing out letters to the wrong addresses over and over and over across a span of many years, where many of them have slight address modifications even though there is no logical explanation for these small errors in address when you factor in the fact that all of these addresses and the defendant’s information would be retrieved from a database from the court - meaning how would they keep repeatedly sending them to the worng address? It is all very strange. There are all sorts of additional, and very obvious issues pertaining to the number of defendants vs. the number of Rule 20 evaluations ordered, the number of releases ordered (more than the number of defendants..), etc.
I am not exaggerating or being hyperbolic when I say that “I have completely dismantled every single aspect of what is taking place” - Not only have I systematically, and very thoroughly taken apart their entire patent fraud ‘operation’ - but I was also forced into having to fight back within the hennepin County Corrupt Court System as well, and so as a result I have completely taken apart, and discredited the entire court in the process.

This is the reason I am ‘incompetent’ - because I have single handedly done nothing but expose the incompetency of all of the shady ‘powerful people’ who are very clearly pulling the strings behind the scenes…and they know it.

A few additional points worth mentioning -

I completed a few other anlysis of the court records for additional judicial officers besides these three, and I came across similar ‘fake’ appearing records
The logical conclusion is that here is so much returned mail, and an unusual number of specific court filings due to the fact that in order to create completely fake cases / defendant’s they obviously then also have to make them appear ‘real’ by then populating their generated case files with court documents that also make the defendants and their corresponding cases also appear to be authentic = they need to produce a bunch of ‘filler’ files = returned mail and and all sorts of pointless court documents being submitted instead of any that actually contain authentic, and substanative content within them
I personally know people that work in the Hennepin County Courts and ever since covid everyone has been working remotely up to this day. Additionally, almost all court proceedings appear to be handled over Zoom now as much as possible.
What may likely be taking place here is that ‘they’ are covertly carrying out a ‘court system’ conversion behind the scenes, in which they are slowly, and methodically converting the entitre court process to all Ai - or as much as they possibly can.
If you view this from the perspective of understanding that you literally can’t trust any digital information / online records AT ALL anymore then it begins to make a lot more sense - as in, it wouldn’t exactly be that difficult to create completely fake, Ai controlled ‘prosecutors’, and even judges - this is especially true if the entire court is now operating in an entirely ‘remote’ fashion insofar as the required ‘real people’ that are still needed working from home and never actually going to the courthouse anymore.
Think about how perfectly the legal profession intertwines with large language models insofar as having reams and reams of case law, case submissions, briefs etc already submitted into the digital record that can all be used to train the ultimate ‘Ai legal professionals’ - now combine this ability with the obvious capability they possess to produce Ai generated video content, and when you have all court proceedings converted to remote, Zoom hearings this would mean that eventually you could be talking to a completely fake, Ai generated judge and you wouldn’t even know it. I am not necessarily saying that this is what is currently taking place - But this is 100% the very obvious, and logical conclusion for those with eyes to see…something which I would argue is in fact supported by what I have uncovered here
As soon as I started using the automated script I created to download all of the 3,556 case files for all 163 individual case files, I moved as fast as possible and made sure to get all of them in ‘one fell swoop’ as I was well aware that the massive amount of downloads (all in sequential order) would likely set off some kind of alarm bells the following business day. I had to use a VPN and keep switching locations and also had to keep clearing cookies on the browser to ‘wipe’ it so that there were not cookies stored in the browser from the court as otherwise you quickly are blocked from downloading more files after you access a bunch in a small amount of time - The very next day following my quick collection of all of these files all of a sudden there were big red notices on the MCRO website alerting everyone that it was going to be shutdown during the weekend due to ‘'scheduled maintenance’ - it already had a scheduled maintenance shutdown scheduled, which was also displayed on the site and then suddenly the following day there were additional, bright red alerts letting everyone know that there was another scheduled shutdown that coming weekend.
