I'm trying to get help rigging a 3d model of their robotic 'Cinecam'

I send an email to MRMC support to try and get help with setting up the 3D model rig in Touchdesigner or Unreal Engine instead of Maya since I am not familiar with the software.

I am naive and also excited and so I decide to share my invention with them…
