I do not remember the exact sequence of events as far as why there is two separate calls but I actually ended up getting ahold of someone here and talked to them. What ended up happening though is that as I started explaining everything going on and then once I got to the point where I explained how I had discovered the Internet Archive ‘glitch’ involving the auto generated footers of various .js and .css files within the HTML folders of the many PhotoRobot pages I had downloaded from Archive updating the ‘Saved On’ dates properly (the time/date of when I saved the page) but not updating the ‘Archived On’ time/dates at all all of a sudden the person I was talking to literally said something out loud - like “oh sh..” and then simply hung up on me. Almost like instead of calling a computer forensic investigator I had instead gotten ahold of someone at the Internet Archive who was sitting on a computer helping to facilitate the fraud and once I revealed the glitch they suddenly hung up on me to go run and alert others so they could fix the problem.
This may possibly explain why there are two separate calls as I know I attempted to call back right away and re-establish the call assuming it was a simple mistake and perhaps after not getting ahold of him again I left a long voicemail. Regardless I never ended up getting in contact with this person again and they never called me back or followed up at all.

I called the Minneapolis office at 612-348-1800 and there was no one available and so I chose the option to be forwarded to the Chicago office at which point I spoke to a very chill guy who seemed happy to speak with me - maybe he was bored…or maybe I wasn’t actually speaking to who I thought I was. Who knows…
I told him about everything going on as well as my experience trying to approach the FBI about what was going on, etc. The one thing I remember very clearly though is that after I explained everything he was in 100% agreement with my assessment of the crimes of ‘criminal conspiracy’ and ‘wire fraud’ being what was (and still is..) in fact taking place. The other thing I specifically remember is that he asked me for the case number for the police report I filed with the Minnetonka Police Department and also asked me if I would be available to go meet with a Minneapolis agent at the Minnetonka PD if they reached out to me sometime soon and wanted to gather additional information regarding the information I was providing him with - to which I obviously said ‘yes’

Him - “Yo Matt! I was just driving by and figured I’d say what’s up. I have a friend that’s in the FBI, Secret Service who I showed your stuff to if you are still trying to find someone to help you out with the fraud stuff”
(paraphrasing)Me - “Oh shit. I just literally got off the phone with a US Secret Service agent in Chicago a few seconds ago so I’m all good. Thanks though”
(paraphrasing)The previous call in which I had just talked to the Secret Service agent in Chicago (supposedly..) lasted 22 minutes - meaning it ended at 12:47 pm - meaning I received this phone call from him in which just so happened to start talking to me about the exact same topic of conversation and ‘thing’ which had just taken place less than 5 minutes prior to his call.
Obviously this could just be a completely random coincidence but based on everything I have now uncovered and the many additional ‘dots’ I have connected (all of which stem from the discovery of the ‘2nd round of fraud’ involving Netflix, USC, and Paul Debevec - among many others…) I’m of the opinion that none of the things I may have previously been ‘unsure of’ in terms of simply being nothing more than another ‘coincidence’ were in fact random occurrences at all.
Some additional background -
I was obviously becoming a little freaked out at this point when I began calling all of these places and trying to get help even though it was a Sunday afternoon. In addition to the ‘evolving’ websites I was watching change and ultimately be created in front of me on the Internet Archive there was also strange stuff going on in general with my computers leading up to this point - such as:
BSOD’d for the first time ever since I built it (water cooled 16 core Threadripper, 64gb RAM, GTX 3090ti, 3 Samsung Nvme drives, etc)
My BIOS being reset somehow so that my computer would automatically start back up automatically when powered off which I have never setup that way for any of my machines (this would be done so that if computer is being accessed remotely they are able to restart it and still establish a connection again which prior to this would’ve required that the physical power button on my machine be pressed to turn it back on again)
A new user was added to my computer which only consisted of a string of coded characters - meaning alphanumeric but a randomized sequence. There were also strange things that started happening with various file permission settings as well
My former US Military / CIA Welder -
..was pretty legit overall and did in fact help me out a lot as far as getting my prototype all welded together, etc. but at the same time there were various things and whatnot that I perceived as ‘strange’ / ‘suspicious’, etc.
Ultimately I’m not sure what to make of it but the one thing I have heard before is that there is no such thing as someone who is ever truly a ‘former’ CIA agent and so even though he was cool I was still very well aware that it would be his job to ‘be cool’ and so regardless of the much appreciated services he provided I guess you could still say that overall I always remained somewhat guarded/suspicious in terms of ‘what he was up to’ even though I am guessing to him I appeared as completely clueless which was somewhat an intentional and conscious action on my part.
Regardless he was cool enough that I’m unsure what to think and so I am only making a brief mention of some of the overall strangeness of it all but at the same time I purposefully never mention his name, business name, or even make any ‘conclusive’ accusations at all even though this is all obviously a very timely ‘coincidence’ to have randomly happen knowing everything I do now…
The other conclusion I’ve slowly arrived at is that even if it was a completely random occurrence insofar as being just one more strange ‘coincidence’ that I ended up getting linked up with a welder who was former military/CIA (as opposed to the other now completely realistic possibility that perhaps I was in fact ‘guided’ or gently ‘steered’ in his direction through covert means such as certain calls or emails purposefully not ‘going through’ or being delivered when I began my search for a local welder) that regardless of whether or not our ‘connecting’ was intentional it would be naive to think that he wouldn’t have ended up becoming an ‘intelligence asset’ no matter what insofar as passing on information to ‘higher ups’ once ‘they’ essentially would’ve realized something along the lines of “Holy shit! Tom! You’re never gonna believe this one! Out of all of the local welders he could’ve linked up with he ended up somehow picking our former friend so and so that used to work in the CIA for us back in such and such year!” at which point I’m of the opinion that he would’ve become a ‘part’ of everything no matter what whether he really wanted to or not…
Like I said there is a TON of additional information, details, and ‘coincidences’, etc that I could go into (most of which point to me almost certainly being intentionally connected with him somehow even though I am ultimately the one who dialed his number and asked if he could help me weld my prototype..) but I don’t feel like going down that rabbit hole. The one thing I will mention though is that he specifically mentioned the US State Department at one point during one of the many responses to random questions I would occasionally ask him out of curiosity as well as the fact that he “used to hunt people” which he stated as the reason he smoked such a massive amount of weed which he said helped to ‘deprogram’ him or to basically ‘deal with’ whatever crazy shit he was required to do while in the military and/or CIA (paraphrasing..something along those lines…)
He also candidly referred to the covid-19 vaccine as a “genocide” (NOT paraphrasing..) at one point during our many discussions as he was very well aware of my stance on it which I was (and still am..) very open and outspoken about and which also happened to align with his stance on it - meaning neither him, his wife, nor kids took the covid vaccine at all.
I will leave it at that.
In regards to the timing of all of this -
(and without spending additional time digging into emails or my phone records to be precise about the exact timing...)
I started trying to source a different welder right around the end of November / beginning of December in 2021.
The reason I say a ‘different’ welder is because I initially had a personal friend of mine begin the welding process but I was unhappy with the fact that he viewed the project as more of an ‘occasional side project’ and I realized that it was going to take forever at that rate to get the welding finished and so I began to look for someone else in my area whose sole job / expertise was welding so it would be completed much quicker.
I ended up renting a Uhaul and moving everything over to his shop right before Christmas of 2021, with the ‘steady/solid work phase’ really beginning at the start of the new year (2022) and the final welding and work at his home/garage based welding shop officially wrapping up at the very end of January - which I know due to the timestamp of the photo below which was taken at 11:28 pm on Monday January 31st, 2022 - which is when we loaded the finished unit into the back of his Suburban, drove it back to my apartment (less than ten minutes away with no traffic..), and then carried it up the stairs and into my apartment where I would then continue to work on finishing everything else that still needed to take place in order for it to become the fully functional, computer controlled machine it currently is.
