It’s also worth noting I decided to build the guns myself so I would know how they worked. I built them during the summer of 2020 after moving back to MN from CA the 3rd week of ‘2 Weeks To Flatten The World’ and then suddenly having the riots start up in the city I had just moved back to in order to escape the Covid insanity in Los Angeles.
Before building these guns I had never before owned any firearms my entire life. Building the guns could be thought of just like any other project on my website insofar as being a ‘project’ in which I learned everything required to successfully complete the process on my own which not only included the entire manufacturing process, learning about guns in general, how to sight based on distance to target / adjusting based on the distance between point of impact and center of target / etc. but then I also went to the gun range many times until I became proficient at shooting the guns I had built at which point they all remained in their cases inside of my bedroom closet except for the Glock-19 which instead sat peacefully on top of my desk in the living room where I spent a majority of my time.
Even the extremely scary AR-15 ‘automatic rifle’ somehow managed to remain peacefully located within the confines of my closet inside of its protective case without sneaking out when I wasn’t looking and murdering random people even though I know that might be hard for some to believe.
The other thing worth mentioning is that had I remained in criminal court as I had fought to do (usually it’s the other way around - meaning defendants want to be found incompetent to avoid being charged) that the Judge assigned to my case, Judge Jay Quamm had already previously dismissed the exact same ‘No Serial Number’ gun charges that had been filed against me which I’m guessing was due to the fact that it is a blatantly unconstitutional law whose existence at all as an actual ‘law’ in MN makes zero sense being that the state statute for the law ultimately just points you to the Federal Statutes which very clearly determines that people building guns for their own, personal use have no requirement at all of engraving a serial number on them.
The fact that the police - who I would assume are trained and familiar with weapons and their use would use the term ‘automatic rifle’ multiple times in the report may provide some clues however.
