How Mental Health Was Turned into a Weapon of Control — Minnesota’s fourth competency evaluation was built to justify detaining, medicating, and continuing to prosecute Matthew Guertin.
They have now officially labeled me as 'mentally ill and dangerous' which is exactly the label/classification that is needed to literally disappear me into a mental institution which is what they have been marching me towards the entire time and why I have been fighting back so hard and focused on it so much. I have zero dangerous anything ever. I do not have any violence or assault anywhere on my record - no domestic disputes, no assault, no anything. Just a bunch of stupid partying offenses when I was in my 20's. Disorderly conduct for being an idiot and spending a night in jail because I didn't know when to shut my mouth. The most dangerous thing I've ever done in my life is drink and drive when I was younger...most dangerous by far.
This entire thing is completely surreal but they just keep lying outright and now they are literally saying that I shouldn't be living with my mom because she also knows what is going on and agrees with me and so she is "mentally ill" as well now. So then where the hell am I supposed to live..? In a government controlled facility obviously. They are pulling all of my medical records and my meetings with my prescriber and therapist I see and then just extracting all of the information and over riding them as well because they also know that all of this is really going on and not a 'delusion'.
They have now revealed the entire thing in my latest 'evaluation'. All they care about is what the false record looks like that they keep filing.
They have re-written ALL of Minnesota's competency statutes since this started. When my case first originated back in January of 2023 the 'mental health' wing was a shitty little outdated room and now when I went down to the last meeting I declined on May 20th of this year there was a sign that said "please walk across the bridge to our new location" and they have an entirely new wing filled with about 10 different meeting rooms for all of the apparently mentally ill and 'incompetent' defendants. So the entire thing has been completely updated around me as all of this has went forward and now they have Minnesota laws that explicitly address forcibly administering neuroleptics against a persons will and another section that makes that okay without them even needing a judges order at all. It is unbelievable.
If they want to forcibly administer neuroleptic drugs to me against my will in order to help cure my supposed 'delusions' even though everything I am saying is true then that means that they want to drug me until I stop telling the truth. That is the reality of what is taking place. They are 'concerned' about my 'beliefs'. The most dystopian shit ever and they are doing it in broad daylight and calling it mental 'health'. It is so unbelievable. Surreal. Still..
