3/19/2021 | My Provisional Patent App Is Filed
less than two weeks before Stephan Trojansky would end up filing his application...
If you look at the LinkedIn search count graph around this date it is very apparent that the USPTO shared my information with Stephan Trojansky or at the very least an entire department at the USPTO suddenly decided to search for my LinkedIn profile after I filed my application as there is a sudden spike in the search count at the exact same time that Stephan Trojansky files his provisional patent as well as when him and Netflix filed their actual utility patent application shortly after me at the end of March 2022.
This is a very clear indicator of fraudulent dealings taking place at the USPTO because if they were following their own rules and adhering to the rules no one should’ve even known about my patent application at all until it was published on September 22nd, 2022 yet for some reason my Linked in suddenly spikes on both dates (and this isn’t even touching on the subject of ‘who’ all suddenly begins searching for my profile)
