This is what I have been working on nonstop since thinking up the idea in early Feb of 2021.

The entire concept is rather simple, yet profound - you rotate the person and the virtual scene camera inversely to one another instead of orbiting the real world camera. The result is the illusion of the real world camera orbiting around the person which creates infinite travel through any virtual environment = InfiniSet

Super rough draft screen capture video which still proves the concept - currently have setup and ready to render frame by frame in UE5 using the tape recorder function.
Current Touchdesigner system I’ve programmed is able to record 7 x 1920HD@60 streams along with 1 x 4k@60 - all of which is recorded to HAP across two separate nvme drives in perfect synchronization along with both the UE5 character matrix and virtual camera matrix data which can then be ‘played back’ on the treadmill so that a human can replace the character. One minute of footage = approximately 70gb total - Allows for multiple camera passes to be recorded along the same user ‘travel’ path.
The 8 separate streams of video are going to be used for integration with move.ai allowing the ability to control an avatar / virtual character via skeletal data generated from their system.
The completely custom Touchdesigner system I programmed along with help from my two business partners. It is responsible for programming, video recording, video playback, integration with Unreal Engine, and actually controlling the treadmill system itself. It is currently setup to record and playback:
7 - 1920x1080 @ 60fps and 1 - 3840x2160 @ 60fps camera feeds. It splits up the recording and playback between two different nvme drives to be able to meet the bandwidth requirements. Each second of video occupies around 70gb of drive space. Back in August of 2023 I was just at the point of having everything setup in order to record all of the camera feeds at once so that I could input the videos to Move.ai in order to rig a virtual character (avatar).
It was at this same time that I ended up discovering ‘round 2’ of the fraud when I stumbled upon a SIGGRAPH video being presented by Paul Debevec on behalf of Netflix / Eyeline Studios with another rotating treadmill at which point I was completely diverted from furthering my business endeavors for a second time.
It was also at this time that I first came to realize that entities directly connected to Paul Debevec (USC Cinema and the US Army) were searching for my LinkedIn page - with this being followed up a very short time later with a 4th search by the US Air Force along with a search by State Department occurring.
This could be considered the point when I essentially ‘gave up’ on any chance of being able to successfully advance what I had dedicated over two years straight, a substantial amount of money, and every waking moment of my life towards up until that point.
The people responsible for this are evil criminals. All of them.
My patent was stolen directly out of the USPTO by Netfix upon the filing of my provisional application. This took place by having Stephan Trojansky file a duplicate application just 12 days after me which was then quickly acquired by Netflix, Inc. a short time later for approximately 100 million dollars.
My name and patent are now listed at the VERY top of Netflix Patent 11,810,254 that was granted on November 7, 2023 for the EXACT SAME TECHNOLOGY as mine. This patent shouldn’t have been granted - but it was…
Fraudulent, backdated, Ai generated content is being produced which mirrors my patented technology. This is being carried out with the assistance of YouTube, along with a very large list of other websites, companies, colleges, and organizations.
And now my life is being DESTROYED because of all of these CRIMINAL PSYCHOPATHS in the military, academia, and the the US Government itself due to the fact that they weren’t smart enough to pull off their heist of my intellectual property without me unraveling their entire scam.
There are multiple entities DIRECTLY connected to Netflix and the military that were all searching for my unused, incomplete, and never promoted LinkedIn page before my patent application was published on September 22, 2022 and still should’ve been a complete ‘secret’ - which it obviously wasn’t
‘They’ conducted illegal surveillance operations on me via my self professed ‘former CIA’ welder I just so happened to get connected with after I started my search for a local welder. This is irrefutably proven in Exhibit C, Index 30, p. 60-66 of my federal civil rights case ‘Guertin v. Hennepin County’ 24-cv-02646.
My claim of ‘illegal surveillance’ may seem somewhat outlandish, and even perhaps somewhat paranoid at first glance - but it becomes much more logical and realistic if you operate off of the assumption that my patent was in fact stolen directly out of the USPTO itself as obviously it would make sense that 'they’ would want to keep an eye on me following their theft of my intellectual property due to the significant financial investment that very clearly appears to have taken almost right away.
Ever since discovering the existence of the Netflix patent application in early February of 2022 my entire life has essentially went ‘off the rails’. Upon my realization that patent fraud was taking place that involved the internet archive I spent all of my time doing nothing but collecting digital forensic evidence during the period of December 9, 2023 - January 18, 2023. During this time I reached out to my patent attorney, the FBI, the US Secret Service, computer forensic specialists, and the Minnetonka Police for help.
If you want to understand the completely surreal set of circumstances insofar as what has now become ‘my life’ somehow just take a look at my interactions, communications, and text messages with YouTube star ‘CLR Bruce Rivers’ whom I’ve personally known for nearly 25 years at this point.
He is a currently a defendant in my civil rights case, and also my current criminal defense attorney who refuses to take ANY of the actions I have personally asked that he take - actions which include asking him to withdrawal from my case three separate times so far in order to obtain an attorney I trust..
